Like 1) strategic location 2) friendly housekeeping, front-desk & security staff 3) excellent food especially breakfast Dislike: 1) carpark is too far at Low Yat Plaza - it was raining during 1 of the days and we could not find any umbrella to borrow 2) rude kitchen staff during breakfast - a big Indian guy serving at the eggs counter was very rude to my son by shouting at him to wait for his turn even though my son did not shout/demand anything - such aggressive behaviour will cast a bad impression on tourists and local guests.

Amazing location surrounded by shopping centers, china town, food street, Arabic restaurants, coffees and shopping malls. they have very rich breakfast with many varieties and choices very kind and helpful staff they amend for me a room upgrade on my check in time hotel clean but needs a total furniture refurbishments

I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the staff. Courteous, friendly and helpful. Quite a good spread for breakfast. Centrally located (very close to Berjaya Times Square) and has a view of KL tower and Petronas from the room.
