Great hotel

Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling... But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable. So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7 reception - this is at the end a 5 stars hotel.

Firstly, I must commend the hotel’s cleanliness and spaciousness — the rooms were well maintained and comfortable. However, I was very disappointed with the breakfast service. Upon check-in, I had requested breakfast to be included for both my rooms, including one for my elderly grandfather and other for my business partner. We were truly looking forward to it, as five-star hotel breakfasts are usually a highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, on the morning of 24 October, most of the food was cold and unappetising. When I approached the F&B manager, there was no apology or sense of concern — he simply asked the chef to reheat the food in front of me. That is certainly not what I would expect from a five-star property. I later spoke with the Assistant Duty Manager, Lynn, who handled the matter with much more professionalism and empathy. She listened patiently, acknowledged my feedback, and assisted with my refund request, which I truly appreciate. This is a beautiful property with great potential, but the breakfast team, especially the manager, would benefit from proper training in hospitality and guest relations. A little care and attentiveness can make a huge difference in turning a disappointing experience into a memorable one.

Avoid dining there

Building itself was fine, rooms we clean and comfortable and reception staff was doing a good job. But all restaurants in overall were really really bad. 1/10. quality of the food, speed of the service and sometimes lack of the basics service skills was not even close to what you would expect from Wyndham. As a just one example, bolognese sauce was made mainly of cartilage, instead of meat. Unfortunately there is not any other place for dinner in walking distance.
