"The hotel and staff was excellent. Executive room was superb with lots of extras and a great view of St Paul’s cathedral. The special guest executive lounge serviced free beverage and snacks throughout the day which was a lovely treat. "

"We had a really great stay at Park Plaza County Hall. I initially requested for an early check-in and the moment we arrived at the hotel, they upgraded our room and checked us in automatically. They make communication so easy through their whatsapp chat, whereby a member of their staff responds so quickly. The hotel room was clean and in order. The hotel is easily accessible to sites like the Big Ben, The London eye, etc. it’s also a 5-minute walk to the waterloo underground station. Bonus is a lot of nearby restaurants to choose from! "
