Room is very well organized with shelf and hanging space. Had nooks to store large bags out of the travel way. Shower provided rain and regular head options. Rooftop bar and heated pool provided welcoming and comfortable spaces to relax after a day out in the city. Very convenient location to most visited sites. Staff was very friendly and interactive making one feel at home.

Dear Hotel is in a great central location and the property itself is impressive. We loved our rooms. The staff was also very friendly and attentive to our needs. Shoutout to Miriam at the front desk for looking after us and being so kind. Our favorite part of the hotel was swimming in the pool during the day. It was the best way to unwind after being out all afternoon. The rooftop bar was a fun way to end the nights. Hope to visit again!

The first thing is the location. We walked everywhere, and it had amenities, restaurants, clothing stores, etc. it was across the street from the beautiful Plaza EspaƱa The room was modern and we loved the fact the it had no carpet. Clean and comfortable The rooftop is a cherry on top with amazing view of the Gran Via

Location was walkable to most of the city. Really enjoyed the rooftop plunge pool after a hot day of sight seeing. Loved the filtered water stations to refill our water bottles. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
