We wouldn’t stay here again - it has potential but two things really stood out that people should be aware of when booking.
Notice that no one mentions the beds being comfortable in their reviews…. that’s because they aren’t.
The other thing is that it smells like a Hollister store. And just like a Hollister store, they use way too much fragrance that it’s overwhelming, to the point we’d get a headache if we were in the elevator lobby too long so we’d run through and take the stairs to avoid lingering. We smelled the scent blocks away from the hotel thinking it was another store with the same smell, nope, it was us covered in it. They asked for feedback after our first night and we told them this and they did nothing to change it the next 3 days.
The hotel is beautiful, great location, the staff was friendly and helpful at check in, the rooftop bar is nice, but don’t be drawn by the rooftop pool picture as your reason to book here unless that’s your main reason.
At check out, they literally asked us to give them a 10 star rating and use their names so they’ll get money. I just think that’s unethical and reviews should be honest so travelers know what they are booking. They even handed me a card that asks for a 10 star review…
