I can sum it up by saying we would stay there again. Property, staff, room and location were very very good. The communication leading up to our stay was excellent assisting us with how to get from A to B, sent diagrams of the meeting points. The fact they have a shuttle from and too the airport helps make life easier.

This was our first time in Italy. We stayed here the day before and the day after we took a Mediterranean cruise out of Civitavecchia. We used the hotel shuttle service from the hotel to the airport and to our cruise port! They were on time, professional and kind. Extremely satisfied with the choice of hotel and would go back. Beautiful location close to so much!

The hotel location was very nice. We needed a place to stay by the airport. The hotel is directly on the water and it was nice to sit outside and watch the fishing boats. We only stayed for a night so don’t have any information about the neighborhood. The staff members at the restaurant and bars were very nice. The male at reception was very rude and didn’t seem to want to be bothered, but overall we had a very nice experience for the short time spent there.

The room was very nice. The location was very convenient to the airport and restaurants. Did not have time to take advantage of the pool, etc. but they looked very nice. There was a tiny bit of mold in the shower, but not much at all. Everything else was great.

Great shuttle service to airport, friendly staff, good location near restaurants. Fridge in room. Clean room although beds were hard and uncomfortable. Rooftop bar was nice with good views and free welcome drink was offered. Pool rules were a bit ridiculous with mandatory cap and towel rental and requirement. So we didn’t end up using the pool amenity.
