"Definitely did not feel like a 5 star hotel as listed… don’t even include still bottled water etc. Front desk staff not very friendly. Room was clean but definitely feel like they skimped on some of the amenities. Room was listed to have record player and didn’t, only received after calling and asking. Rooftop bar was closed for a private event so I didn’t even get to check that out. Vip drink ticket was only given to me after I asked. "

"I came here solo for my 40th birthday, and the stay was wonderful. If you want to treat yourself, don’t look any further. The food was great, I had the meal package with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included. The massage was excellent too. For my birthday, I ate at Fish Bar, which is the more exclusive restaurant and unfortunately not included in the meal package, but it was absolutely worth it. "Awesome 3 night stay in early May in a nicely decorated and refurbished over water bungalow. Quiet and tranquil. Spectacular views from all the bungalows and around the property. Excellent service. A hands on general manager who personally greets each guest and who was always available for questions and comments. As an avid paddle boarder I enjoyed use of the boards provided for guests. The bungalows sit in waist deep water perfect for swimming, walking, or watching the Eagle Rays swim by."

"The hotel is great and stratigically located. I had an incredible view of the opera house and bridge from my room. The staff is very attentive. Awesome service at the spa. The inly negative would be the pool and whirldpool area. They only have a out 10 lounge chairs so its difficult to find a spot. The whole area is very small and unappealing for a hotel like this. Not to mention that there were like 15 childrend running, jumping and screaming around. Felt more like one of those all inclusive...

"Staff is amazing! Service was great! Food was good! The only negative is booking excursions through the resort! Do not book through the resort you be charged double sometimes almost triple the price if you went through Viator or Expedia. A $500 excursion on Viator was $1700 through the four seasons."

"This trip was a dream come true of all dreams!!!! From the moment we got off the plane at Bora Bora airport, the staff went above and beyond our expectations. The waters of Bora Bora was awe inspiring with crystal clear water and the most beautiful shades of blue. The property is immaculate and looked after with love from the staff, rooms were huge and the views were just magical. The restuarants were all outstanding, but The Lagoon restuarant stood out the most..... but was it a burst of mind...

"Such a welcoming staff. Property was very clean and we were super satisfied with our King Room third floor ocean view! Wow! My only comment would be limited breakfast buffet and they need a real coffee machine. Other wise the a la carte menu was extensive and very high quality."

"Nicest OWB we have stayed in the French Polynesia! Staff was excellent and quite beautiful location. Only thing we would have changed a little was some additional lunch and dinner options at the restaurant. Food was excellent, breakfast included, just was looking for salads and more simple things.
