"Our room was near the pools and lagoon which meant easy access. There were lots of free activities offered, some of which were in the large outdoor pool if you wanted to join in. The staff were very friendly, helpful and seemed to be happy to be working at the Marriott no matter what they were doing...and had beautiful singing voices which we often heard if a celebration was held or a person was leaving. The breakfast offered a large, varied selection of food for all nationalities to choose...

"The staff is incredible, everyone is so helpful and kind. The overwater bungalow is an experience everyone should experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable and suite was clean and well kept. They left cookies every night during turndown service. Breakfast was amazing. The drinks at the resort could be stronger."

"This trip was a dream come true of all dreams!!!! From the moment we got off the plane at Bora Bora airport, the staff went above and beyond our expectations. The waters of Bora Bora was awe inspiring with crystal clear water and the most beautiful shades of blue. The property is immaculate and looked after with love from the staff, rooms were huge and the views were just magical. The restuarants were all outstanding, but The Lagoon restuarant stood out the most..... but was it a burst of mind...

"Our trip to the Cordis Auckland was pretty good, we stayed 9days in total in a Executive club room. The room was good, large enough, but if we returned we would like a bigger room, for comfort. I had tried to get an upgrade prior to our arrival, which was given then taken away, we also approached the FOH to get a cost to upgrade when the hotel after the 2nd June was very very quiet, but they didnt seem too interested in making our stay better, of corse they were for nearly double the the amount...
