"Definitely did not feel like a 5 star hotel as listed… don’t even include still bottled water etc. Front desk staff not very friendly. Room was clean but definitely feel like they skimped on some of the amenities. Room was listed to have record player and didn’t, only received after calling and asking. Rooftop bar was closed for a private event so I didn’t even get to check that out. Vip drink ticket was only given to me after I asked. "

"The property is beautiful and peaceful. The staff are incredibly friendly and very welcoming. We stayed in a lagoon front bure, and it was wonderful - walk right out to a sandy beach and can go swimming in the lagoon or just chill on your private patio and watch the wildlife. Momi Bay Marriott is a bit of a drive from town, so keep that in mind for excursions. About 45 minutes to Nadi. Fish Bar is so amazing, looking out over an infinity pool to the ocean and big waves breaking in the distance....

We were in "standard" accomodation and our room had 2 queen beds, a spacious bathroom, tea making facilities and a balcony overlooking the pools areas. The room & house-keeping were fastidiously clean. The resort is quite spreadout and access to some areas - like the beach - is not fluid. Perhaps some signs? I was not the only one who got lost / confused. The resort is not fully geared for the disabled or anyone with mobility issues. Some...

"Awesome 3 night stay in early May in a nicely decorated and refurbished over water bungalow. Quiet and tranquil. Spectacular views from all the bungalows and around the property. Excellent service. A hands on general manager who personally greets each guest and who was always available for questions and comments. As an avid paddle boarder I enjoyed use of the boards provided for guests. The bungalows sit in waist deep water perfect for swimming, walking, or watching the Eagle Rays swim by."

Do not book through the resort you be charged double sometimes almost triple the price if you went through Viator or Expedia. A $500 excursion on Viator was $1700 through the four seasons."

"Requested a bed with two beds and desk. Got a room with one bed and no surface to work on. This was a business trip. No hot water in the bath tub and the standard light did not work. Paid $50 for breakfast one the first morning the Indian Minor birds out my breakfast whilst at the Nuko Restaurant. Returning from work on Thursday night at 5pm our room still not been cleaned, still no hot water. A further complaint to the Duty Manager, Amelia. She advised she would move us to better rooms. ...

"Nicest OWB we have stayed in the French Polynesia! Staff was excellent and quite beautiful location. Only thing we would have changed a little was some additional lunch and dinner options at the restaurant. Food was excellent, breakfast included, just was looking for salads and more simple things.
