"Wasn’t no shade over pool , no music or interaction throughout the day except when water aerobics was on, poor service from azure we order afternoon teas and waited over 1hour and never received it when I went back they had just forgotten. No sun lounges available every one taken before 8.30 . Over priced restaurants and had the worst experience when I ordered room service but in saying that they did send a free dessert as compensation and didn’t charge for the inconvenience.
