"Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet."

"Stayed 6 nights at Sangri-la. Room service was done properly for the first 3 nights, but was skipped the rest. Had to call and ask for room service. One of the nights the service was not followed up after the first call and had to request again at 9pm upon return to room. Should be much better for a 5-star hotel."

"What to say about this resort, it is simply amazing. It was my 50th birthday trip and it exceeded my expectations. I had booked a room with private pool in the garden and the manager upgraded us to a bungalow on the water! It was spotless clean, bath products superb with jasmine fragrance. Planty of amenities. The restsurants were outstanding, each food we tried was so delicious and detailed. Breakfast offered so many options, from raw fish to meat, bakery of any sort, fresh and cooked...

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und lecker. An dem Beachrestaurant gibt es viele leckere Gerichte von Fingerfood bis hin zum Burger oder Pasta. Abendessen hatten wir keins. "Would definitely stay here again, staff are friendly, facilities are modern, clean and well maintained. Food is typical resort pricing but there's a shop a short walk from the hotel and taxis to town and the airport were around $20fjd each way so pretty cheap."

"This trip was a dream come true of all dreams!!!! From the moment we got off the plane at Bora Bora airport, the staff went above and beyond our expectations. The waters of Bora Bora was awe inspiring with crystal clear water and the most beautiful shades of blue. The property is immaculate and looked after with love from the staff, rooms were huge and the views were just magical. The restuarants were all outstanding, but The Lagoon restuarant stood out the most..... but was it a burst of mind...
