"Very polite and helpful staff"

"Hotel and room are exactly as pictured. Rooms were clean and was a good fit for family of 4. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and has students offering daily. Staff were helpful and attentive. Note that kids play room at more for toddler age. "

"The room was wonderful and spacious. I was staying on 5th floor and I thought it will be noisy since I am pretty close to the shopping area and highway. But surprisingly, it was so quiet and conformable. The only thing is the breakfast wasn't that fabulous. I took the breakfast separately which cost me about 3,150 yen. The variety wasn't much. One small bench of western, one small bench of Japanese, middle area is salad and one bench of wonderful drinks. But the taste of the food was still...
