The room and hotel needs updating. The shower flooded and nothing was done about it. The staff were not very helpful. We were always trying to find a member of staff to serve us for food and drinks. The restaurant was shut down. If we had known about the restaurant before we would have booked somewhere else. Just not good enough and will not visit here again.

Stayed at the hotel quite a few times during the years. The hotel is certainly showing its age. The rooms are dated. And the shuttle bus service to/from Cityplaza stopped after COVID. But the staff are nice and helpful. The lobby cafe very good with comfy chairs. One MRT station away from Cityplaza or 20-25 minutes walk. Many dining options nearby. Overall good if you don’t mind older hotels.

I didn't personally stay here. I booked for my son and his girlfriend. I have gleaned all the information from them. They found the hotel peaceful and relaxing and most of all safe. My son's girlfriend is from Hong Kong so told me what area they needed to be. They had a very enjoyable stay and thankful at the end of the day for the aircon.
