"The staff are very welcoming and attentive, which made my stay pleasant. There's a Life supermarket right next to the hotel, this is super convenient for tourists who need to buy groceries often. The breakfast offered a lot of varieties, especially love the view of the Skytree there and the cozy environment. Self-checkout process went through smoothly too. The hotel lobby looks artistic and the bedroom is very spacious. A minor suggestion would be the bathtub height, it's a little too high for elderly, even for young adults. We have to be very careful when stepping in and out from the bathtub. Overall it's a great choice amid Tokyo region. "

"The staff is always courteous and helpful. This was my third stay and I always ask for a room with a view of the Godzilla head from behind the Gracery hotel, and they’ve made it happen each time. Location is in the midst of Tokyo’s most vibrant 24hr nightlife but it is in the red light district so that element is present too."

"I really had a great time staying at the hotel. It was my first time in Japan and I wasn’t sure where to go, but I’m so glad that I stayed there. I look forward to staying there again in the future when I visit Tokyo. The staff was very helpful and respectful. I had no issues with them at all.
