Staffs are very friendly and attentive. Spa suite is very spacious, clean and comfortable. When we arrived,we were welcomed with a refreshing mocktail at the bar while they processed our check-in for us.The customer service is excellent. The swimming pool and surrounding of the hotel is very beautiful .

I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in KL, with excellent service from the moment I arrived—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a superb view. The location is a big plus, within walking distance of Petaling Street and Chinatown, perfect for local food and bar hopping. I’d give this hotel a full 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur—a definite must-stay!

Best hotel I have ever stayed in in Kuala Lumpur. The view to the Petronas Twin Tower is amazing. The breakfast was great, the service was brilliant and the room is cozy.

The room is a bit odd as we were given the attic, with no carpet on, and the bathroom shower part is not so clean in the valve-faucet part and the gutter probably clogged a bit as the water takes time to really sink into it. The table is facing the window and no vanity area with table/consort table and mirror in the room itself and i have to stand in front of the long mirror next to our bed to do my facial regime and donning clothes. Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Hotel room was clean and well maintained. Great location, walking distance to many cafe/eateries, pasar seni lrt/mrt, petaling street. There are sufficient parking spots, however the parking area is quite narrow. Overall, pleasant stay for me and my girl. Would definitely come back again.

We had an amazing staycation at W Kuala Lumpur, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The room design was absolutely stunning. Modern , stylish, and thoughtfully detailed. Overall room is clean. Toilet got bidet. Next to 1 Utama Shopping Mall. Near MRT station. Parking is ok, free parking for hotel guests. Kind and friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out.
