Was given room on the 40th floor, view was nice, TV channels availability were good, staff were friendly, helpful and prompt when help was needed with the heater problem in the apartment. Staff are soooo nice

Very spacious, well equipped and clean rooms. Great location. Staff were less welcoming as they should have been but they were certainly not unpleasant. Well maintained facilities.

We had a great stay at Ascott KL n very near to KLCC. It’s very convenient.

Located in central of Kl and close to main station. Just 3 minutes from main station. Staffs very helpful and friendly. Comfy bed and big room.

Very affordable price located at a strategic place, including free buffet breakfast, parking. Good WiFi, gotten a free room upgrade. Downside is that I requested for a baby cot upon check in, but did not get one in the end. Not sure whether they've overlooked the requesy or they attempted to deliver ...

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. It also had THE BEST water pressure I’ve ever experienced while traveling.

Open concept, clean. Tv is able to rotate to face either living room or bed. Smoke free level. Window able to open to view sky view from toilet when brushing teeth.

Really good hotel, large comfortable room with everything we needed. No problem getting an extra hour on our check out just to give us a bit more time before flighting home. Everything just fine except the a/c in the living room. The a/c is noisy.
