"Clean and nice rooms but there is no lobby or check in desk, everything is digital. If u want something u have to what’s app them. Second bedroom is v small. Water heater switch is in the living area and we didn’t know so we showered with cold water the first day. There was no handsoap in the bathroom which they gave us later. Overall a good stay but little far from main Genting area and activities. U have to either walk 10 min ( uphill) or take a grab which takes min 10-15 min to arrive. "

"Our stay at the hotel was great. All the people working there are super nice, but Khaifil Nizam is absolutely fantastic and very professional. During our check in time he introduced ,show and explained to us all about amenities which saved us so much time during our short stay . Thank you !"
