Staffs are very friendly and attentive. Spa suite is very spacious, clean and comfortable. When we arrived,we were welcomed with a refreshing mocktail at the bar while they processed our check-in for us.The customer service is excellent. The swimming pool and surrounding of the hotel is very beautiful .

The room is a bit odd as we were given the attic, with no carpet on, and the bathroom shower part is not so clean in the valve-faucet part and the gutter probably clogged a bit as the water takes time to really sink into it. The table is facing the window and no vanity area with table/consort table and mirror in the room itself and i have to stand in front of the long mirror next to our bed to do my facial regime and donning clothes. Room is big enough for such a set up. The wardrobe given is...

Overall the stay was pleasant, perhaps could provide cotton buds too. Staff were friendly. Thanks!

I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in KL, with excellent service from the moment I arrived—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a superb view. The location is a big plus, within walking distance of Petaling Street and Chinatown, perfect for local food and bar hopping. I’d give this hotel a full 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur—a definite must-stay!

A very nice option for when you're visiting Genting Highlands. Less than 10 minutes drive from the mall and theme park area with lots of facilities within the property itself. The room was nice and clean with a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast selection was OK, however some things ran out quickly due to the long weekend crowd. Facilities were fine, we enjoyed the heated pool. There is a paid rooftop experience where you can take some beautiful photos - a bit pricey but...

Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Hotel room was clean and well maintained. Great location, walking distance to many cafe/eateries, pasar seni lrt/mrt, petaling street. There are sufficient parking spots, however the parking area is quite narrow. Overall, pleasant stay for me and my girl. Would definitely come back again.

Clean, tidy and near to Embassy Area. I came here because I want to do medical check up at Great Eastern Mall. The place is perfect as it is very near and nice to stay. Will come again!

Love the hotel. Conveniently located above the mall, situated right smack in the middle of the shopping district, clean rooms, great service - rooms a tad smaller than the main banyan tree hotel from across the road but it's extremely liveable. Will be back!

Good vibe at common area for solo traveler and backpacker, clean environment, friendly and helpful staff. Most important it located at the strategic location which surrounding with good foodie and tourist spot, it very near to public transport hub as well. Thumbs up!

Very friendly, efficient and professional staff. Always helpful. My room was spotless; comfortable bed and lots of pillows; breakfast varied and delicious and catered for all cultures. Fantastic location. Rooftop pool is clean and very a lovely place to cool down. I would highly recommend the KL Journal Hotel
