"The hotel presents well in pictures, but cleanliness and maintenance were major issues once there. Sadly, there were cockroaches in the room, and the amenities were quite dated. "Located in a great area that is within the heart of Bukit Bintang. Breakfast is wonderful & tasty. We were staying in the club lounge room & the club floor is dining & drinks are a great value. Only thing that could have been better is if the mattress could have had a topper on it as it has seen better days. Pillows were to die for & the bathrobe & towels were of a very good quality."
