"The hotel presents well in pictures, but cleanliness and maintenance were major issues once there. Sadly, there were cockroaches in the room, and the amenities were quite dated. Not much to do in the immediate area, so it was good that there is a train station immediately next to the hotel. "Located in a great area that is within the heart of Bukit Bintang. Breakfast is wonderful & tasty. We were staying in the club lounge room & the club floor is dining & drinks are a great value. Only thing that could have been better is if the mattress could have had a topper on it as it has seen better days. Pillows were to die for & the bathrobe & towels were of a very good quality."
