"Hotel service and care is always excellent in Asia. No difference with all the staff at Grand Santa Signature KL. Hotel lobby is in the smaller side, but very comfy and clean and has all the amenities of bigger hotel. Breakfast has many selection, but the western option is rather limited. However seating is plentiful and all the staff were delightful. Cleanliness was also very good. In our second stay within a week, we were given a larger room in the 2nd floor. We were quite pleased because the previous room in 7th floor was quite tiny. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom was also clean and well equipped. The AC which is very important, worked very well in both rooms. Overall we are very pleased with our stay at Grand Santa Signature. We will definitely book again due to the above comments and its proximity to KLCC and other attractions. "
