"Breakfast was not included, and I did not expect that. With what I paid, it should have been included. The location is excellent- close to Parliament and Westminster Abbey."

"The rooms are small but carefully proportioned to fit in the shower and toilet. The bed is an unusual one that raises at one end to allow more elevated sleeping or sitting. The tech seems a little superfluous throughout the hotel but the kind friendly staff show what the hotel's redl strength is. Breakfast is well organised with plenty choice."

"The room was very expensive, very well located but very small (no room to put the suitcase and I was single). The window blinds was stuck and the room door can hardly be open from inside the room (I called the desk and showed the employee the tricky way I found how to open it)."

"We were not told that the hotel would be a building site with no internal lounges, social space, bar or reception available . Only options were to exit the buildings and go through side maintenance access and stairs. Shocking we were not advised of this at the time of booking. Also the builders appeared to be working through to 8pm. The noise did not affect us but the fore court being used as a builders lot was pretty poor .
