"I feel that this hotel was good value for London. It is a couple of minutes walk from the tube station, all the staff members we came across were extremely polite and helpful, and they even let us store our luggage and check in early.
The room was tidy and had everything you needed, we stayed 2 nights with a 4-month old and there were no issues. I would recommend this hotel, if you were looking for affordability with good transport connections and walkable to the museums."

"This is an excellently run hotel close to Earl's Court underground station. Checking in and out was easy though they take a £50 deposit. The two lifts are a bit slow especially if you use the upper floors. There is a large open area on the ground floor with plenty of seating with excellent views onto their private garden at the rear. My room was large enough and the only drawbacks were a lack of enclose wardrobe space and some challenges with turning off all the lights from the inside. Breakfast...

"I have been staying at the Ashburn for annual trips to London for almost 20 years. I can't remember the last time that I even looked at other options. The location is great--on the West Road coming in from Heathrow; 6 minute walk to Gloucester Road tube station with three lines that can get you anywhere; lots of walkable dining options as well as Boots and Waitrose for incidentals; safe neighborhood. The staff are exceedingly pleasant and helpful. It's small and the decor is not modern, but...

"My wife and I stayed at the Rembrandt for 11 nights while visiting London and vicinity. Our room was large, spotless and nicely updated. The room faced the street but was exceptionally quiet. Bed was very comfortable. English breakfast provided enough options to satisfy. We found the staff to be professional, friendly and helpful. Very close to museums, a variety of restaurants and an easy walk to the tube. We would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Absolutely delightful 19th century style English hotel with period decoration in the rooms and excellent amenities. Comfortable robes, lovely soaps and shampoo, clothing steamer, refrigerator, tea pot, and - much welcome - a US style outlet in the bedroom alongside the UK outlets, which allowed me to use my hair curler which would not function even with my adapter in the UK outlet.
The staff was lovely, and the breakfast was outstanding. Big, generous and tasty full English with endless pots of...
