"Upon getting off the elevator for the 4th floor where our room was, you could feel how warm it was. Entering our room was even worse. It felt like a sauna. We tried to turn the air on, and over an hour later it still felt just as warm. We tried to sleep but it was so warm we were sweating and our clothes were sticking to us. It felt so suffocating in our room that I had to go ask the front desk at almost midnight if there was anything they could do, hoping to be offered a different room where...

"The room was very small and dated, the air conditioning was not working and had to ask for a fan, the room temperature at night was 27.5 degrees and too hot to sleep. It was unbearable and had to go out of the room onto the corridor for some fresh air. I have never been in a room that is 4 star before and could not sleep. I would not stop here again. There was no fridge to keep our water cool. The restaurant was nice to sit outside."

"Fijn hotel op een fijne locatie. Dicht in de buurt van zowel bussen als metro's. Ik had een kamer zonder ramen en deze werd aardig warm, zeker omdat de airco stopt wanneer je de kamer verlaat. "We stayed at this new hotel (about 3 months since opening) for 1 night. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The decor is unique and interesting, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The room we had was on a side street just off Kensington High Street. The room was quiet and dark. It also had air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The hotel itself is located about a brisk 15-minute walk to the Royal Albert Hall and about 20 minutes to the big museums. All in all, a very pleasant...
