"Was very disappointed with the requirement to book a 30 min time slot to use the pool. The pool was the reason we booked this hotel and wasn’t able to use as we did not realize we had to pre-book use of the pool. Once we realized the requirement all time slots were completely booked for the duration of our stay. "

"Breakfast had a lot of options, but didn’t like that we had to pay extra to have eggs prepared the way you wanted. Breakfast potato options could have been expanded beyond hash browns or tater tots. "This was a solo trip for theatre week and it was perfection! Location is super convenient and the solo room (with window) was the perfect size for me. It had been 20 years since I had stayed there and the upgrades to the hotel were wonderful. Although I never ate at the hotel there were plenty of wonderful food options in the area. I always bring a sound machine with me, so I never heard any noise from the hallway during the evening. Will definitely stay there again on my next solo trip."

"It was okay. A functional room for one person. It will be tight for two people. Other things they advertise in the hotel such as breakfast and wine and cheese daily are for an additional charge or membership, which travelers won’t usually have memberships. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, not your usual daily room cleaning like most hotels. "
