"The room was clean and welcoming, the staff was available and willing to help in a kind manner, we didn't try the breakfast but it seemed like it had a nice view towards Elizabeth Tower, my family and I really enjoyed the stay."

"Room was very small for 3 people including the shower. We ran out of amenities like toilet paper and tissues instantly. Not to mention fire alarm went off at 4am and front desk did not answer. On the other hand, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was good and walkable to the big ben and london eye though."

"The property was in an ideal location, just off Trafalgar Square. The room however was not that great. The room was extremely small with a huge pillar in the centre of the room. The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom/toilet door wasn’t working properly and got stuck shut on two occasions. The shower also didn’t work properly due to a bent hose that let very little water out.
