"Hotel is great, we stayed with 2 kids and 3 adults in a bunkbed, twin, and double bed room. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. We liked how close it was to Hyde park and Kensington Gardens. Check in was very smooth and the staff are all very friendly "

"We stayed for 5 days and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I would say is that the bathroom needs some upgrading. The breakfast was decent and the young lady who took care of the tables was very nice efficient. The hotel is close to a lot of stores and restaurants, and most importantly, close to one of the tube stations. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying there again :)"

"This was our 6th stay at the Lancaster Hall Hotel. We really enjoy staying here for many reasons. The hotel is conveniently located. A 10 minute walk to Paddington Station and just a few minutes from the Lancaster Gate tube station. The hotel is on the older side. However, it is clean and well maintained. The staff are great. They are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is wonderful. It is a cold buffet of cereals, toast, various rolls and sweet treats, luncheon meat, cheeses, yogurts, and various types of fruit. They have added a fancy coffee maker in their breakfast room. You can also buy tasteful souveniers as well as snacks and cold drinks. Looking forward to another visit soon."
