"Room was Clean, a bit small but just what was needed and comfortable, Staff was very professional courteous and attentive. Great Location a 5 minute walk to the Underground and plenty of places to eat. Price was Great as well. I would definitely stay here again"

"Good experience for a cheaper hotel. We stayed in London for 5 nights and had no issues in our standard double room. There was a little vanity-type area to get ready which was nice. The building is quite old, but brings a lot of charm. Wouldn’t hesitate to return back to the Columbia. "

"First room was quite noisy, was able to change rooms to a much quiter location. Breakfast was varied and filling. Location is great, multiple restaurants and few minutes to Bayswater tube stop."

"If I were 20 years old again and traveling with friends, this hotel would have been fine. The rooms were extremely small and I couldn't even turn around in the shower. Young people wouldn't mind; I did. "
