"The room was way tinier than the pictures showed. The shower didn’t have a door so the floor would be completely flooded after using it. Location was good, close to two train stations."

There were no supplies other than liquid soap which was hard to get out of the dispenser on the shower wall. "Stay was okay. Bed was comfy and room was spacious. Products in room smelt nice. TV did not work in 1 room and AC did not work in the other. Slightly concerning that we arrived at 15:00 for check-in but had to wait until 16:45 to get access to our room, this really delayed our evening plans. Reception did apologise when we chased them but they kept informing us it would not be much longer. "Clean rooms, very helpful staff, and an excellent location! The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Paddington Station , buses, stores and restaurants . ​The only downside was a mistake on my part: I didn't read closely enough to see that they don't have air conditioning in the rooms.I travelled at the end of May and the room was incredibly hot. The rooms have fans but it just wasn't enough for us."
