Clean room, regularly cleaned during my 6 night stay and friendly staff available 24 hours. A lift to all floors which was really helpful with a heavy suitcase and a fridge in the room which was great. I really liked this place and the location suited me being a short walk from Paddington station and beautiful Hyde Park for walks

Great location. Nice rooms. The continental breakfast is sparce and the "full breakfast" is over priced for 16 GBP for 1 egg. 1 sausage, 1 tomato, beans and toast.

The room was basic but very clean and spacious. Very convenient location for Edgware road tube. Overall very satisfied. The one disappointment was we arrived 1 hour before check-in but despite our room being ready we were only allowed to check-in if we paid £20 early check-in fee.

Lovely hotel in great location

Really nice hotel. The staff were lovely at every point, decent continental breakfast included and the rooms were spacious and clean, if a little dated - the most notable thing was the lack of plugs in the room, the only ones being near the TV and none near the beds.

Nice little hotel in quiet area. Easy walking to Hyde Park and Kensington Park area. We were group of four women and had a great room which was divided into two rooms with bathroom in between. Continental breakfast was great for our needs.

It was so convenient to Paddington station for the tube or train. Very clean and continental breakfast or you can pay for full breakfast. We stayed here five nights, then went to the Cotswolds, and came back here and stayed another eight days. We would highly recommend and will stay here again if we come to London.

Hotel is clean, my family felt safe there, but it’s really 2.5 stars, cheapest everything: the lowest voltage electric bulbs=deem room, shower is more of mist (lever tightened), water is barely hot in the mornings, but better in the evenings, continental breakfast very modest. One electric outlet on the opposite side of the beds. Overall, it’s not horrible, but very very basic.

Nice, compact hotel, in an area very close to Underground for easy transportation to get anywhere. Minimal amenities, the continental breakfast was okay, no A/C so glad I stayed in April. Would recommend for fellow budget travellers.
