"All the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good with a large variety of things.

"The hotel stay was fantastic. Its prime location next to Stratford Westfield meant easy access to shops, food and groceries. The hotel itself was clean and elegant with very comfortable rooms featuring great sheets and bedding. The bathroom was also lovely. The lobby was lovely and had a great atmosphere but the food was disappointing. Breakfast was overpriced and could have been better."

"I recently stayed at YOTELPAD Stratford and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
When we arrived, the cleanliness was not up to standard. The glasses in the room were dirty, and despite reporting this, housekeeping never came to resolve the issue. We also found someone else’s hair in the shower, and there was noticeable dust on the tables and kitchenette area, which made the room feel neglected.
The room itself is extremely small—much smaller than it appears in the photos. As...

"The location was perfect and near two bus stops. We walked to and from the hotel each day. The staff was super curteous and helpful. We did take a bottle of wine to skip the daily cleaning, but the room was not cleaned until late the night before we left. The breakfest buffet was great and the returant had fun appetizers and deserts. "

"The location is calm and lovely for getting around with the Tower Station very close. The view from the room was spectacular and in the end, that’s what we came for. The accommodations themselves are old and in some instances quite poorly maintained but renovations are apparently the underway."

"Check-in was a bit of a hassle, as there was some kind of issue going on. I waited quite a while.

"Citizen M at Tower Hill is a vibrant hotel full of character.
The roof top bar on the 7th floor is an absolute treat, soaking up the views of Tower of London paired with top cocktails and a fantastic array of spirits.
It’s the perfect get away.
Steph on reception was a star, and was very attentive to any queries we may of had at check in and throughout our stay.
The location has its advantages, you are within the centre of everything with great transport links. "
