"Very close to Stratford Int’l, Westfield and walking distance to ABBA voyage venue and Westham football stadium.
Tube and buses go everywhere.
Initially we had issues to do the self check-in, but staff there were very friendly and helpful.
We booked a room with a walk in shower without paying attention to details.
It was a very large room and was good to know that something like that exists for people in wheelchairs."

"Very disappointing and misleading experience
This property was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all. The conditions were poor and felt uninhabitable. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated.
The check-in process was very poorly managed. We did not receive any email or instructions on how to access the property. Additionally, the address listed on Hotels.com was...

"Unfortunately there was a stain over the carpet and settee cushions. Stayed in room 203.
The staff were very helpful.
They worked well even tho
Unfortunately due to a blown fuse during breakfast this made it chaotic.
Would of made it slightly better had the staff made an announcement as I could see what was happening lots of people weren't aware and kept trying to use the drinks machines without power.
But otherwise I stay was lovely as its location is perfect for city site seeing due to the...
