"It’s an okey hotel. The staff is friendly, it’s a clean hotel. Biggest disappointment was the housekeeping, it is horrible to non-existent, literally all was done is straightening of the beds and taking out the trash. The towels not changed, nothing else is cleaned. Otherwise, it’s perfectly located, the Big Ben is just 3 minutes walk, so it’s an okey stay."

"A beautiful hotel. Our room was huge and comfortable. The pillows are very dense but honestly my neck felt great every morning. We lived the luxurious robes and huge bath sheets.
