"Beautiful hotel. All the staff where really friendly, the room was gorgeous with wonderful amenities, great attention to detail and the bedding and pillows where extremely good quality and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again "
"The room was adequate, but the bathroom cleanliness needed some attention. The shower had stains and the accessible chair paint was peeling and rusted. I ask for my towels to be replaced and additional toilet paper two days in a row. "
"I was extremely surprised. This was a hidden gem! I was surprised it was equipped with all amenities; kettle, toaster, microwave, dining seating as well as a 2-ring stove. A really lovely accommodation, we were taken aback. The property owner was lovely, pleasant and friendly, he really took the time to show us where everything was. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future."

"Attentive, and welcoming staff throughout our stay. We only ate here for breakfast which was exceptional, there was nothing we didn’t have that we couldn’t find in the hotel room. Most relaxing stay and we look forward to returning soon"
"The location was incredibly convenient. Close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transit. The staff was friendly and attentive, and check in was smooth."
"Lovely hotel stayed for work as near office - fab view in bar of tower bridge and had room overlooking the dock - bathroom bit old and grubby looking with horrid shower curtain - cheap shower gel which are the minus points for cost of stay over £300 pn - rooms should be upgraded I think 🤔 "
