"Everything about the property and staff was great. We loved the location and the bar in the lobby had a great vibe. We did have one issue with the toilet in our room. It just did not flush consistently. There would be times that it would work on the first push then other times it just wouldn’t do anything. We asked them to look at it and it was supposedly fixed but never worked well the entire week we were there. "

"We had an excellent stay and would definitely return. The night and day staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout, and really made us feel welcome. Our room was lovely, and the facilities were great.
We especially enjoyed the views over the harbour. The team also went above and beyond to make our visit even more comfortable, which we really appreciated.
A wonderful experience overall, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back."

"This property has a beautiful garden. A new owner did a nice job of rehabbing the property about 2 years ago. The rooms are quite nice, and it’s a decent value by london standards. I have stayed here several times (in Dec ‘25 and April ‘26). I used to also stay here even more frequently under the prior owners. It’s a very convenient location near the earls court tube station.
