"I loved the uniqueness of the hotel and it's quirkiness. The staff were all very friendly, rooms were great ( mine was a bit noisy next to the train line), and the breakfast was one of the best that catered for gluten free. Walking distance to buses and trains. More scenic places to wander or run around not too far away. A good base for work or a London stay."

"The reception staff were really helpful and there was a complimentary shuttle back to Canary Wharf in the morning which was great. The room and bathroom was lovely and the location is perfect for the o2. Would have been nice to have more water in the room and some biscuits to go with the coffee! "

" This was the first time I stayed at this hotel and will not be the last. I brought a group over from the States for their first trip to Europe. Check in was easy, the staff was polite and professional. We included the breakfast. There was a great selection of fresh, colorful food for all palates. Easy to get to the center of London but so nice to get back to the hotel and the river. Some excellent restaurants in walking distance. Looking forward to going back again next year. "

"Wonderful stay. The hotel is magnificent, from the reception to the gym, the swimming pool and finally the rooms, nothing to say, it's perfect. A big thank you to the whole team for their welcome and kindness throughout our first stay in London. Special mention to Sahel, Dalo, Niko and Mohamed (sorry if I've spelt some names wrong 😅, but the sentiment is there) for their kindness and for responding to all our requests.
