"Grubby, tired hallway and stairs made my heart sink as I self checked in.
The room was a pleasant surprise. Large and spacious. No shower was a disaster the fact it was adjoining a pub with loud music wasn't the best but the bed was comfortable and I had a pleasant stay. "

"We booked both rooms with Tower Bridge view but only got one with the view, when asked the staff said that Family Rooms has never had the bridge view so I dont know why they advertised it. The staff were really helpful though. But the cleanliness was below average, very old furnitures, no fridge in any of the rooms, NO Air conditioner and when asked we were provided with small table fans in each room. "Property was close to transit, no more than a 10 minutes walk and you are close to the water with parks around. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the room itself was small but very functional. AC was very much welcome as the time was really hot , heat wave while i was there."

"Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. I guess sound proof wall wasn’t thick enough well, other than that it’s very nice place and strongly recommend to anybody visiting London Mayfair area."

"I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. The staff were all really attentive and fantastic. Particular shout to Cindy who was super helpful to me on reception. Really appreciate it. "

"This is second time I have stayed at this hotel and it does not disappoint. Staff are excellent and do friendly. Food is great, especially the restaurant at night.
We paid for executive room and the view was amazing. Only thing that I can say is, it was disappointing to not have access to the executive lounge and then to find out this lounge is only available between 9-5. And still needs to pay extra for.
All and all I would still highly recommend and would definitely go back."
