"The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."

"The kitchen had everything I needed, the gym was awesome, I loved the pool. Its a 15 - 20 minute walk to town and to the beach. There is a good grocery store nearby. Wifi is almost non existent but everything else was perfect. "

"We had a brilliant time at Ventus Ha Marina. It's nice and spacious, with three hotels in the complex and access to all of them and their facilities, so there's plenty to explore. We were given a free upgrade to a big room with a bathtub, spotlessly clean with loads of bits provided. We don't have kids ourselves but you could easily see why it's a good spot for families. The adult-only infinity pool was a real highlight, especially at sunset. Lovely chilled atmosphere throughout, we felt safe, and getting around by buggy was good fun. The staff deserve a special mention, always friendly and willing to help. The nightly shows were great, the Michael Jackson one especially, and the daily crepes were amazing. On the Platinum package there were some nice touches too, aromatherapy sprayed in the room and a choice of pillows. A few things could be better. The butler service was slow more often than not, so I'm not sure Platinum was worth it overall. Plenty of restaurants and the food was good in general, but vegetarian options were thin on the ground, and no halal food, though they did tell us in advance. Drinks were the biggest letdown: only four mocktails, and the only canned soft drinks were Fanta and Fresca. Everything else was powdered, and a few times those tasted a bit off, almost like the glasses hadn't been rinsed properly. Small thing, but the bathrobes are tiny too. None of that spoiled the trip. Great stay and we'd look forward to coming back."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Dreams. The food was amazing in all the restaurants and the service was friendly. Our waiters and chefs accommodated allergy restrictions easily without sacrificing tasty meals. Our room was always clean and restocked. The spa is a must! So relaxing and beautiful. We spent time on the clean white sandy beach and in the various pools and hot tubs which were all well kept. Lots to see and do with the various areas and entertainment. Every question answered and every need met by the friendly, competent staff."
