"The road to the resort was not paved at all (dirt road with tons of potholes, an SUV or bigger vehicle is a must), it was remote, no cell reception (download an offline map), surrounded by jungle. "We stayed about a week. Very secluded away from the noise. Very quiet and relaxing. Minimal entertainment which is fine for us. Cancun and Playa del Carmen are fairly close by Uber or Taxi. Excellent service, personalized. Butlers are excellent. Pools are beautiful. Food is ok. Definitely recommend."

"The staff was amazing, they have a guy name Roger that work in Sooon he is amazing. The food is pretty good, I’ve stayed in several all inclusive and this by far was the best one. Also all staff is friendly they will always speak and help you with anything you need. "

"The whole place was awesome. The site was very clean and just as I expected from the pics I saw on the Expedia Website. Super peaceful place. The food was excellent and the bar staff was super friendly. A huge shoutout to my man at the front desk Christian for all the help he was. Anything I needed he was right on top of it. It wouldn’t have been the same without his assistance."

"Beautiful bouquet hotel, clean and pleasant staff. Live music a block behind but it was good music ended about 11pm. Great coffee, breakfast place across the street with a bakery next door. Fabulous stay."

There are three pools — one dedicated for kids and two for adults — which makes it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their preferred atmosphere. We especially liked an easy access to the beach, making it simple to move between the pool and the ocean throughout the day. "We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...
