"Staff provided excellent service. They were incredibly attentive and helpful. The room was very spacious - huge - and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with any supply you could need. Towels were thick and nice. We had a cozy loveseat on our balcony perfect for stargazing and listening to the ocean. The food was delicious with good portions, and the service at the restaurants was attentive and friendly. All the staff was great and easy to communicate with....

At one time it must have been very nice (a tour guide told me that Arnold Schwarzenegger and other celebrities have stayed there) but in recent years it has been neglected and now is in need of a renovation. For example the key to my room also fit the adjoining room lock, the sliding glass door did not close well or lock, hot water was not always available, the hair dryer did not work, electrical receptacles were loose and did not have a trim cover, the...
