"My family and I had a great expirience during our stay. The staff in the coffee shop area, the cabana boys and waiters were amazing. They have a great mixture of shows and activities for couples traveling alone or with little ones like myself. I highly recomend booking this resort if you are wanting to truely relax and or spend time with your family. "

"Amazing resort. Everything from the rooms to personnel was exceptional. Due to low season the restaurants in the resort offer a la carte menu. Yes, big part of resort is under construction, but it didn't make out vacation less enjoyable."

"The room was amazing. Very clean. Our sink was plugged the one day but they came up within 15 minutes and fixed it and apologized multiple times. The concierge called multiple times to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. They even decorated our room for our daughter's birthday. All staff are very very friendly. Food was great . Pools are amazing. Kids club was great for the kids. Shows were unbelievable!!!! Huge shout out to Bernice the concierge. She was fabulous and professional....

"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...
