"Very clean property and hospitable staff. The food was 7/10 not much flavor. But a lot of varieties . Love the green juice bar. Lots of entertainment. The beach was nice but lots of seaweed that was constantly being cleaned up but the scenery is still so beautiful . When you tip well you get serviced better and the staff lives on tips. $1 does not suffice sad that that’s what people mostly tip . A very touristy resort mostly timeshare holders. "The property was beautiful. Wish the beach was more accessible, but wasn't a big deal. Pool was fabulous and our waiter Juan was amazing. He took great care of us during our entire trip. He made sure we had chairs each day, water, food and drinks. Only negative thing I could say is the pool chairs are uncomfortable, but I would absolutely go back again. "

"Nicest room we’ve ever had at any hotel ever. Food was good, service good. Water park was amazing for my kids, age 9 and 6. Beach was beautiful with soft white sand. The seaweed problem wasn’t too bad while we were there in early April. I would recommend this place to families with young children. "
