"Pues es muy agradable, estar ahí en la playa o restaurantes, pero también lo que no me gustó, parece ser que tienen problemas con la tubería, ya que el agua sabe óxido y en la mañana cuando se lava uno de los dientes se mira cafésosa las puertas, se escucha todo afuera esta mañana que salimos y cada mañana era igual con las personas caminando por los pasillos muchísimo ruido y se escucha todo por dentro, esas dos cosas son muy importantes que pensaron en ello"

"This was an amazing hotel. All the staff was friendly. Great amenities. Food was really good at the restaurant. Buffet could be alittle better but overall good. Only issue we had was the photographer people claimed the photos were free but you ended up paying for them. "

"Cancun is one of my favorite vacations destinations . Through out my trips I stayed at many hotels at the strip , but Hyatt ziva so far was my best experience . Hotel is very well managed and the staff is unbelievably accommodating . We even had our own personal butler Miguel and Diego . Thanks . Looking forward to come again "
