This resort was as close as you can get to heaven on earth the staff is phenomenal they have the largest collection of the most amazing people in Mexico. The property was gorgeous and the staff was excellent! We did have to ask a few times about the birthday, but they came through. The food at Rainwater was excellent. Breathless buffet was not good, it had no taste. The room would be even better with phone charging outlets on the nightstand and a bench for the shower. The water in the shower was just warm, it never got hot. Overall it was a great experience and we hope to return and we will recommend to our friends and family. Entertainer Angel “Brown Sugar” was excellent and engaging! We loved the Cowboy band too!

This was my first time visiting this resort and I was very pleased. Entire staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Reservations were to easy to make and the entertainment was top tier . Definitely give 10 stars

It was an amazing stay, all inclusive but a little hard to navigate if you’ve never done all inclusive. There’s a lot of rules and pre planning required like dinner reservations and room service wait times
