"The resort was clean overall minus Mexico’s seaweed problem, no one was at the beach. The rooms were clean (cleaned everyday) and staff were helpful but can get busy. Making reservations at the few restaurants can be a hassle as they fill up quickly, sometimes calling the front desk with no answer is a pain. I suggest walking down to the front desk as soon as you can to make reservations (8:30-3pm). Room service is definitely better with a $10 charge per service but you can order as much as you...
