"We stay for three days they never cleaned the room or change the bed. The pool was dirty green and the access to property is so far from everything else. We were not able to get an Uber to take us out of the property. I will not recommend it for a tourist location. The Jacuzzi was so full of chemicals that we have to get out immediately because the skin was burning. The apartment was in front of the pool that have no many blinds and two of the sliding doors so it’s like being in a store where...

"This property was relaxing for 2-3 days. The food was great. You don't need to be here anymore than 3 days, unless you are just going to relax. I enjoyed this resort and would go back. The view from my full ocean view room was amazing."

"Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. "

"This is a very sweet, quiet and comfortable place to stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit and it was perfect for our family of 4. The on site pool is so nice and clean! And the swim toys were lots of fun. It's also very close to restaurants and the beach! Highly recommend."

"The hotel has a lot of potential. Its location is perfect: close to the action but far enough away to be peaceful. The pool is clean and perfect. I would have appreciated a slightly better-equipped kitchen (toaster), better water pressure in the shower, hot water that actually heats up, and finally, a TV in the rooms. A very nice stay overall; we appreciated having access to chairs on the beach."

"Been here several times. Love the location, pool and beach access. The market across the street has everything you need. The restaurant is wonderful (a bit pricey, but that’s on par for the area). Rooms are very basic, but very standard for Mexico and clean. Sargassum was bad this April 2026, but they do a good job of clearing the beach."

"The property is listed as 4 stars but more accurately it is 2.75 stars. Property is not particularly clean, pool is peeling, back of next door restaurant can be seen (not nice), a/c is noisy. (See photos.) There is a water pump that works 24/7 and makes so much noise, people in certain rooms can't possibly have a good night's sleep. "It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. "The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."
