"We have stayed at many “all inclusive” resorts in the Mexican QRoo area and the Caribbean Islands. The El Sid resort has consistently exceeded our expectations; we have been there 6 times. The cleanliness, the food, the service and the people all have been 5 star. The only negative we have ever experienced was attending their time share pitch. "loved the hotel, i booked the ocean view and the room was breathtaking. They even had a nespresso machine i was happy. Loved the infinity pool and the slide pool as well. It was a family friendly resort will definitely recommend. The only downside is the beach is not the prettiest other than that the staff is friendly and welcoming. Will consider returning"
