I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it.
One of the biggest issues was the lack of hot or even warm water. Every time we tried to shower or use the sink, the water was cold, and to make matters worse, there were moments when brown water came out of the tap. When we brought this up to staff, we were simply told “that’s how it is,” with no effort made to resolve the problem or offer any solution.
We had booked a king bed suite but were given a room with only a double bed, which was not what we paid for or expected. The condition of the room overall was poor. The fridge was broken, with only part of it functioning, making it difficult to store any food or drinks. The closet door was loose and hanging, clearly not maintained, and the sliding door to the deck was extremely difficult to open—it would get stuck halfway and required excessive force to move.
Overall, the property feels neglected and poorly managed. Between the basic amenities not working, the incorrect room, and the lack of response from staff, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
