"First time checking in to JW KL and I’m satisfied with the stay except there isn’t any long handled shoehorn. Overall stay is good with good bed to rest and the noise is not too disturbing as it’s facing the road. Home attendant are friendly and very responsible in their work to ensure the room is cleaned. No regrets in staying here for 3 nights and I like the gym. It’s spacious. There’s a good variety spread for breakfast too."

"Very comfortable stay and convenient location. The gym had good facilities with modern equipment and a large space for stretching and freeform. Skybar is delightful. However, it was frustrating that I couldn't order breakfast as I didn't want to partake in the buffet at the full price, but was told I couldn't be seated for a simple coffee and pastry. They need an option in the breakfast space for guests who don't eat like the locals."

"This was a great hotel with a few little issues. We had no hot water the first night but the hotel staff immediately moved us to a higher floor, after that the shower was excellent, both heat and force. The rooms have iPads which control just about everything - lights, blinds, curtains and TV. Everything works OK except the TV. We had to turn off the power several times to reset the connection, s instructed by the hotel, but still it was unreliable. Perhaps a bridge too far with integrating technology. Breakfast was very good, a reasonable variety of options with very nice coffee. Staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly."

"The hotel appears to have been converted from an apartment building. The biggest plus was the full kitchen in the room, along with a washer and a full-size fridge. Having a couple of plates and cups available was also very helpful. The bed was clean and very comfortable — I love firm mattresses! The room itself was very spacious, with two separate areas inside, although there was no door between them. The location was excellent though — right across from the KL Tower (which we could see directly from our room) and about a 20-minute walk from the Petronas Twin Towers. The bathroom, however, was quite disappointing. The shower door would not close fully, leaving a large gap. The toilet was unusually high, to the point where my feet could not touch the ground, and there was even a hole on the side of the toilet bowl. Overall, every corner of the room seemed to need touch-ups or repairs. Another major issue was the smell in the lobby. It was so unpleasant and strong that I could barely breathe when walking through it, and it honestly made me feel sick every time I passed by. Overall, the stay was decent, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. However, despite the great location and spacious room, I would probably choose another place to stay next time."
