We enjoyed staying in the spacious room with a good view. The best part is the walkway from hotel to the Mutiara Damansara Metro station which is the Metro leading to Central station and all the major shopping centres We loved swimming in the infinity pool and watching the views from there.

全館禁煙で、喫煙した場合500RMの罰金と謳っている割には部屋はカビ臭く、清掃も行き届いていない。アメニティも必要最小限で日本のビジネスホテル以下。次回訪問時にこのホテルを利用するかと言われたら、利用しない。

価格を考えれば、満足感が高かった。
だいぶ年数が経っているようで、メンテナンスが必要です。部屋の清潔感、wifi、スタッフ等は問題無かったです。価格や利便性を考えると、十分に有りと思います。

Overall ok but there is only 1 body towel. Usually 4/5 star provide hand and face towel but this hotel doesn’t. Bed is soft. Overall, it is a pleasant stay.

The only plus point is that it is quiet and peaceful. But the furnitures and upholstery are outdated with cracks and signs of rotting. The bed sheets had stains. Yikes. The breakfast was good, but it was 3 star at best. Price per night is expensive for the subpar things you get.

Rooms are spacious. Hotel is conveniently linked to The Curve which is a rather big mall. Close to Pertaling Jaya where the good food is. Room has all the standard facilities you would expect, everything was in working order. Furniture is a little worn and TV is around 29" which I think is rather small for the size of the room. All in all a pleasant experience.

Nice environments but he wall paper and some area a bit damaged due to wear and tear. I can imagine how nice it looks when the hotel was new. Generally if you want quiet, safety and walking distance to MRT then this hotel is great for you.

Property is very run down, there are cracks everywhere. Room has stains on the carpet and luggage area. Floor doesn’t feel clean. Bed is comfortable though. Staff are a bit laid back and slow to response to customers.

Light bulbs spoilt, power sockets spoilt, lift without security feature (everyone can go to every floor) gym without aircon with only 2 out of 4 threadmills working Saving grace was buffet breakfast: very good selection and tasty

Facilities are not well maintained
Overall, quite disappointing. The hotel was poorly maintained. Wall paper was peeling, the doors made squeaky noises, the carpet looks worn out, the furniture were damaged. The room also had a musky smell.

It was a weird stay this trip Booked a club room again and had excess to the executive lounge However I was charged for consuming can drinks in the room’s mini fridge ! When as a guest I could have had it free at the lounge just 25meters from the room It was real funny 😂 every time I think about it

Great service as always. They even gave me a 20% discount off my F&B bill when I mentioned I was a silver member . No hassle. It’s good to know hotel are recognizing that FITs are going to bring in the business during these CV19 times...

I’ve stayed this at property for nearly as long that it has been around It’s conveniently located and being near The Curve & Kidszania makes it a good location for families and don’t forget it has it own skating rink Rooms are getting old and dated though with some rooms requiring a makeover hopefully they could do this in phases so that it will continue to be a go to place to stay Some areas of the hotel do require immediate attention with floor tiles losing its grouting & popping tiles in other area of the hotel They do have eateries within the hotel however there are more food choices just steps away It’ll still be my choice of stay for years to come

建物自体は古いがきちんとメンテされており清潔な印象。エレベータが遅くて部屋から遠い。朝食は種類が豊富だが、スタッフのサービスはイマイチ。ショッピングセンターが隣接しており便利。飲食店も多い。
