"The resort is located in a nice and quiet part of the town with a nice stretch of beach. We got a free upgrade to a very nice room. We had a great dinner at the restaurant. Very friendly staff all around providing excellent service whenever needed. The breakfast has a great selection of Khmer as well as western food. The beach is combed to remove washed up rubbish. The property is slightly dated but I highly recommend this place."

"It's a bit tired compared to the photos but staff are friendly and trustworthy. Location is 5 min walk to Serendipity beach and lots of restaurants and bars close by. Pool is nice addition."

"vom 21.2.2018 bis 5.2.2018 hielten wir zwei uns in einem Deluxe-Zimmer auf. Anfänglich wollte von der Reception niemand etwas von unserer Buchung wissen. Weil aber das Hotel den Besitzer gewechselt hat, ging es einige Tage, bis wir sicher waren, dass wir dort auch bleiben konnten. Wir buchten ohne MZ. "The description of this hotel does not reflect reality. It is a residential apartment block for singles and fsmilys with a few "boutique" rooms charged out at excessive rates to tourists. "Except language problem everything was good. None of the staff either at reception or at housekeeping speak or understand English. Only one of the receptionist Ms. Srey V. knew and spoke English well which was very helpful. Hotel is situated near Serendipity Beach Road which is only 2 mins walk away and overall stay is comfortable."

"Absolutely appalling experience! The hotel prioritized an event, booking every room except ours. The event overtook the pool area with blaring music and screaming girls for over 5 hours, making it unusable. To make matters worse, we discovered uncleaned feces behind the toilet in our room and rats scurrying around the main pool area. Despite our complaints to the staff, the noise was unbearable, even on the top floor, drowning out the TV. We were forced to leave the resort and spend hours...

"Staff uninterested and unmotivated to help. Lack of English makes it very hard to ask anything. Facilities ordinary with pool area now a concrete jungle with fence around and buildings. Rooms lack toilet paper, towels and smoking allowed in hotel by mainly Chinese guests (Chinese have bought hotel) is disgusting for non smokers. Last time I stay there. "
