The place was lovely and clean, and it came with lots of extras. Room wear and bath amenities were available for the stay. We used them to go into a spacious hot spring. Free ice cream or a probiotic drink after the hot bath was provided. The hotel also offered a free half-bowl of delicious ramen as a night snack. The hotel also provided free washing machines ( dryers pay $1 for 20 20-minute cycles) so we could have clean clothes on our trip. The areas in the hotel were beautifully decorated, emphasizing Japan's beauty. We enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet with fresh seafood and other delicious dishes. We hope to come back and use the hotel. "

Staff had good recommendations for places to eat nearby, lots of good food options at train station itself or within hotel and not far from Omicho market. Appreciated eco push - water bottles with refill stations on the floor. The rooftop champagne was really nice too."
