Only got some small issues during the check in time, but hotel staff fixed with prompt action. Good restaurant locates in the hotel, excellent breakfast and dinner. "The staff was very welcoming, and the property was clean. The amenities are great - drinks in the lobby, popsicles and yogurt drinks at the onsen, ramen noodles and toiletries as needed. We found the onsen to nice but very busy at times, so we tried to go when we thought less people would be there. Breakfast was wonderful! Our daughter’s loved the matcha and hot chocolate. In Japan you most likely need to book kids over the age of 13 as an adult. Double check with the property details on this."

"Firstly, this was a beautiful hotel. However, my main reason for loving it was that I actually left a backpack at the Starbucks next door and had left for Tokyo. I do not speak Japanese and I was leaving Japan 3 days later. The hotel staff actually helped me contact Starbucks to retrieve it and arranged for it to be shipped to my next hotel in a day and a half! Amazing service. I couldn’t thank them enough for being so awesome. "

"The service was amazing! They were so helpful and really went above and beyond in helping us with some issues regarding our trip plans. We were late in getting in and missed our reservation for the Ninja Temple. They called and helped us rebook it. We also needed to ship some luggage and they also called the hotel we were shipping it to, to make sure they could hold on to it until our check in date. They also helped us make sure a package we needed got delivered to us before we left the hotel by calling the delivery company for us. The person who helped us Matsui"

"Comfortable, clean, convenient hotel close to the train/bus station. Nice beds, good amenities, friendly staff. And GREAT generous breakfast, which filled us up with healthy, varied food for the morning, with western, japanese and chinese food options. Also there's a 7/11 right outside the front door for dining in on occasion."
