Large room. Must gave had an upgrade. Professional staff. 5 minute walk from the bus/train station. 7/11 store next door. Would definately stay again. Did not eat breakfast here..

The hotel is several minutes away from the station. A subway with an elevator connects the station to the junction close to the hotel. It is an easy walk even for me, who has big luggage and travels with my parents in their 70s. The main advantage is avoiding using buses to get to the hotel. However, no matter where you visit, you need to get back to the station to take a bus. It takes slightly more time, but is acceptable for me.

They have a problema with the wifi. Even changing the room supposedly to be closer to the wifi router it didnโ€™t work. I had to used my data package to work. Not nice. I booked this hotel also because they have a gym. But very disappointed. Treadmills and bicycles out of order. And the heaviest weight was 5kg. Anyway, they have to improve.

The hotel location is so good with only 5 minutes to the train station. Good facilities in the hotel. So many good stores within the station and close by. So many good attractions within 30 to 40 minute walk or buses from station. We were happy we decided to go to Kanazawa and stay at the hotel.

Love this hotel a lot in terms of easy access fm Kanazawa station. Love especially the neck/spine protect pillow which you can actually buy fm the hotel! ๐Ÿ˜

The library on site was a very nice reading/relaxation room. We enjoyed the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Really liked that both sides of the bed had outlets (a rarity in our experience in Japan!) and the convenience to the train station and bus stops was ideal.
