"We stayed 4 nights. the personal is always excellent, well educated the best.. However the housekeeping was lacking and room lacked basic toaltteries making it less than a 5 star (5 star is about details) We had to call and ask a toothpaste etc. My slippers was taken away and I had to call to get slippers. Also middle of our stay a laundry bags and order plates were removed as well making it impossible to place a breakfast card on the door handle. Not even tipping a housekeeping 20-30 a day...

"Wasn’t told when booking that you have to pre book the pool for 30 minute slots. Was fully booked up. No flexibility. Spa weekend ruined. Cleaning carts in the corridor when checking in. Not a great experience."

"Very good hotel. The room was clean, all the staff were friendly, particularly the doormen who offered to carry our suitcases, wished us good mornings and opened the doors promptly, as well as being genuinely interested in us as people. The 12th knot rooftop bar was very good too, great views across the Thames. Only criticism is the cost of the minibar and any snacks in the room, would recommend bringing your own. Also an option to opt out of housekeeping for the stay and receive credit to use...

"Staff were very pleasant and entrance and hallways were very clean. The beds were very comfortable and had a lovely sleep. A few downsides too mention are: I ordered room with city view only to recieve a room that was on the first floor and overlooked the tube train tracks coming from Kensington high street tube station. Floor was stained and doors unlocked to next room which felt unsafe. We complained at reception who resolved our issue and moved us to another room on the 8th floor and finally...
