"The hotel is clean and comfortable and well situated. But what makes it exceptional is its staff. The front desk folk were personable and helpful. We were especially thankful for Kris and Reese's service in the restaurant. They both gave excellent service and Kris went above and beyond to ensure we made a rather too-close-for-comfort train departure. Also, the food was good and the espresso was especially notable. "

"Good!the apartment is great!! Only thing to be aware is that we booked a room for 4 and the 4th person had a bed that was a chair that unfold and that one was really uncomfortable. "

"Reception bar staff( 2 males)on arrival were friendly and helpful. The girl on checkout was a bit dismissive. The hotel was funky although some areas were dark and not so welcoming ( the lift lobby) felt like it was forgotten about. Overall great, clean tidy and a good vibe."
