"This place is more than you pay for because of the staff. The room had everything you need, it was clean and warm. Francis was exceptionally accommodating and the lady below in the pub was so fantastically kind. They offered help with locating lost luggage, they offered to allow it to arrive there while we continued on with our roadtrip. The location was a little bit away from all of the tourist attractions and the area had few food choices, but the public transport was literally at the bottom...

"The breakfast was delicious and staff were wonderful. The only challenge was that the bed was uncomfortable for me. It was fine for my husband though so I’m sure it depends on the person. I found it to be very hard. It was a wonderful treat though and a great way to spend my birthday."

"It was all over good but hotel was above the bar which was noisy at night and unpleasant for family stay. Water kittle was not cleaned properly. Towels were not sufficient. Main thing is hotel front desk was another side of the road in an Indian restaurant and restaurant get closed after 8 or 9 pm and no intercom in rooms . It was literally horrifying after getting dark."
