"The hotel is lovely, clean and in a great location. There is currently construction on the street blocking access to the hotel. This was not disclosed at booking. The front desk did not answer the phone while we figured it out nor did they seem to care."

"I like the secure lift, the clean room, the daily fresh towel provision, and the quiet room. The layout, though compact, was useful. A large person would have a hard time getting around the foot of the bed past the TV to get to the other side of the bed. "I really like the room, clean, quiet, new, bigger bathroom. The hotel has a variety of breakfast options, which is great. The social event is a bonus. Love the laundry service too! Staff is super helpful!"

"Good hotel, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the area is not great during the day and at night. The rooms are quite small, so great for a one or two night stay but no longer and for the price I would have expected proper cups for hot drinks and glassware and to have the tea caddy redone when the room was getting cleaned.
